I really love the apartment. It’s just the right size for what I need. I also love there is no stairs to climb. Hope to enjoy many years here.
Recently submitted a work order for my HVAC system.The technician Brandi responded promptly and provided excellent customer service & great communication on repairs being performed.Last but not least she arrived on time for every appointment we set.Thanks Brandi & E&E capital staff for the five star service.
Brandi came by to do some HVAC work and she definitely did an awesome job! She took her time explaining what she was doing and how I needed to maintain it in the future. I appreciate her for taking that time with showing me as I could not have done anything today or in the near future. I love all the efforts E&E pour into my property. Not bad for the price, decent area. Shoutout to Juliette for always finding a solution to remedy situations when they get unbearable. I just wish that the company screened their tenants better, parking could be better and the amount of kids in the lot playing sports around tenants cars is unacceptable. Besides that it’s not a bad place to settle down at for awhile.
Excellent company to rent from. I have been a renter for five years in the same property. Of course some repairs had to be done, however I went to the property portal and put my maintenance request in and they immediately responded with a date and time. The management team is very flexible in handling any issues that may arise. This will be my 6th year in the property.
I would recommend E&E to anyone looking for a place to live. They are very professional and courteous. They always answer any requests efficiently and quickly and are willing to help where they can.

The first unit I rented was somewhat outdated but the staff was able to find something more to my liking. I recommend them to all of my friends who are looking for a place to rent.

I am writing this review to describe my personal experience with E&E Capital. They gave me a chance!! Juliette the property manager is very helpful and was such a blessing to me, especially throughout my application process. They are very good with communicating anything you need to know, by email, text and phone calls. I am in a great location! It is very quiet and a great Community that is very convenient, not far from work, the airport and downtown Atlanta. My Condo needs some work done and the maintenance team has been amazing, communicating every step of the way to fulfill every work order in a timely manner. They always follow up before closing out any work order ticket. I am very happy in my Condo, I love it so much I just renewed my lease for another year. Thank you again E&E Capital! I just want to say when renting with this company I pray you all have an encounter with property manager Juliette‼️ she is the most understanding person I’ve ever met she’s patience and very Kind. This company will work with you and help you as much as they possibly can. Being honest in the beginning it was kind of rocky. But when property manager Juliette stepped in I can rest assure and believe she will get the job done. Also Emma she was willing to help as well. I rented from them for a year. No problems. If something broke, I filled out a form online and someone came and fixed it. I would rent from them again.
I found E&E while looking to move to a new home. At first I was a little skeptical but I figured out I just needed a little patience. They placed me and my family in a great home that we love. This is only our second month but I have no complaints. They always respond when I need them and don’t make me feel like all they want is my money. I’m looking forward to these 2 years with E&E!
