Not bad for the price, decent area. Shoutout to Juliette for always finding a solution to remedy situations when they get unbearable. I just wish that the company screened their tenants better, parking could be better and the amount of kids in the lot playing sports around tenants cars is unacceptable. Besides that it’s not a bad place to settle down at for awhile.

Excellent company to rent from. I have been a renter for five years in the same property. Of course some repairs had to be done, however I went to the property portal and put my maintenance request in and they immediately responded with a date and time. The management team is very flexible in handling any issues that may arise. This will be my 6th year in the property.

I am writing this review to describe my personal experience with E&E Capital. They gave me a chance!! Juliette the property manager is very helpful and was such a blessing to me, especially throughout my application process. They are very good with communicating anything you need to know, by email, text and phone calls. I am in a great location! It is very quiet and a great Community that is very convenient, not far from work, the airport and downtown Atlanta. My Condo needs some work done and the maintenance team has been amazing, communicating every step of the way to fulfill every work order in a timely manner. They always follow up before closing out any work order ticket. I am very happy in my Condo, I love it so much I just renewed my lease for another year. Thank you again E&E Capital!
